Facing between 1 year of jail time with a minimum of 150 consecutive days served.
Driver Refused Blood Alcohol Test
Length of drivers license revocation is based on prior Implied Consent offenses.
DUI with Minor in Car
Facing between 2 and 12 years of jail time.
DUI Driver Caused Serious Injury to Another
Facing between 2 and 12 years of jail time (based on range).
DUI Driver Caused Death to Another
Facing between 8 and 25 years of jail time.
